Terms and Conditions


Consumer Life Mentor, Inc. (“CLM”) located at 1507 E. 53rd Street, Suite #332,

Chicago, IL  60615 will use the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) to defend your credit rating and return your credit score to where it should be.  We can ensure that the credit reporting agencies will remove every inaccurate, obsolete or non-verifiable items.

After CLM receives copies of credit reports from you, it will consult with you as to the items to be removed.  Then it will send letters to the three major credit bureaus on your behalf and in your name.  This process may take more or less than twelve months, to complete.  You may cancel this agreement at any time and receive a full refund of the monthly fees paid to CLM if you are dissatisfied with the services of CLM.  CLM does not charge you in advance for any legal services.  It charges you for its work for each month after the work has been performed.

In consideration of the foregoing you agree as follows:

A.	To notify CLM of items you identify as inaccurate, obsolete or unverified credit listings.

B.	To pay CLM the initial consultation fee of $89.00 and an amount each subsequent month for work performed the previous month. (See    attached Schedule A for a determination of the monthly fee and services provided under that monthly amount.)

You grant the CLM permission to (i) withdraw the earned funds from your credit card or bank account unless you terminate this Agreement and (ii) verify your account information. You will be charged a late fee of $25.00 (i) if your payment for CLM services is not honored upon first presentment by CLM to your credit card company or bank. The fees noted here may change over time, but you will not be charged the increased fee(s) until sixty (60) days after CLM has sent to your then-current e-mail address a notice of the increase. Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive the CLM’S services, you may cancel this Retainer Agreement by telephone, e-mail or letter.

If you are dissatisfied with CLM’S services you may have a refund for all monthly fees paid.

C.	CLM’S services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You are charged only for services rendered during the previous month. You understand and agree that you are billed by CLM for services rendered on your behalf, not for a specific case outcome.

D.	To allow CLM to receive and review credit reports furnished by third parties and to mail copies of your credit reports to us at least every ninety (90) days.

E.	You will promptly forward to us copies of all correspondence that you receive from the credit bureaus, creditors or others as the result of the CLM’S efforts on your behalf, and promptly inform CLM of any change of address.

F.	To communicate with the credit bureaus only through CLM’S written correspondence while this Retainer Agreement is in effect.

G.	This Retainer Agreement does not include litigation services.

H.	CLM cannot guarantee a specific outcome or accurately predict how long the process will take.

I.	This Agreement is governed and enforced by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

J.	You submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Illinois, Circuit Court of Cook County.

K.	 You are granting permission to CLM to do business with you electronically and to sign letters on your behalf and in your name.  You may cancel your permission and close your case at any time, by contacting CLM.  Please print a copy of this Agreement for your records.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO
MIDNIGHT OF THE FIFTH BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THE
TRANSACTION.  SEE THE ATTACHED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FOR AN
EXPLANATION OF THIS RIGHT.
